5 to 6 - Average condition, needs a good yearly cleaning of a lived-in home. Some trim needs to be washed by hand. Requires two team members.

7 to 8 - Needs a little more love, moderate dust, most trim needs to be washed by hand, some areas need scrubbing. Requires three team members.

9 to 10 - Needs a lot of love. All areas need to be cleaned and scrubbed well, heavy dust, heavy soap scum and/or hard water stains, most woodwork needs handwashing (baseboards, doors, doorframes, etc). Requires three team members.
